The MRA is responsible for weighing and recording of resident weights and vital signs as directed by the family physician,and charting for any care given to the resident.The MRA is responsible for assisting and serving the residents in a manner that is conducive to their safety and and comfort while maintaining a high level of customer service. 

The MRA is responsible for unlocking and reminding each resident of their medication schedule on time, under sanitary conditions sanitary and record. The Med reminder Attendant is responsible for checking in for residents their medication using policies and procedures set up for safety. 

The MRA is responsible for apartment and bed rounding for safety. They are expected to assess emergency situations and respond accordingly to assist the resident by contacting additional help and or 911 services. 

The MRA is responsible for being the liaison from resident care to the Powers of Attorneys and or family in charge of the resident. 

The MRA is expected to follow the instructions issued by the residents physician and family directions according to established policies and procedures. The MRA is responsible for  managing communication of transportation services, and timberlines for the residents and their schedules as it impacts their schedules at Evergreen. The attendant is expected to follow the instructions issued by the Evergreen Manager according to established policies and procedures.

The med reminder attendant ( MRA) assists with the daily care of Evergreen residents.They assist the Assisted Living Team in maintaining resident care and resident apartments. Duties may include, but are not limited to bathing, dining services, set up of dining room and preset of drinks, salads and desserts and hot plating to the resident’s table, some cooking, delivery of meals to apartments for ill residents, cleanup and reset of dining room The MRA assists with making beds once a week per schedule or as needed, assisting with ambulation for safety and education, laundry pick up as scheduled or as needed, and laundry services: washing,drying and folding and the return to apartment of clothing and bed linens. 

The MRA is responsible for weighing and recording of resident weights and vital signs as directed by the family physician,and charting for any care given to the resident.The MRA is responsible for assisting and serving the residents in a manner that is conducive to their safety and and comfort while maintaining a high level of customer service. 

The MRA is responsible for unlocking and reminding each resident of their medication schedule on time, under sanitary conditions sanitary and record. The Med reminder Attendant is responsible for checking in for residents their medication using policies and procedures set up for safety. 

The MRA is responsible for apartment and bed rounding for safety. They are expected to assess emergency situations and respond accordingly to assist the resident by contacting additional help and or 911 services. 

The MRA is responsible for being the liaison from resident care to the Powers of Attorneys and or family in charge of the resident. 

The MRA is expected to follow the instructions issued by the residents physician and family directions according to established policies and procedures. The MRA is responsible for  managing communication of transportation services, and timberlines for the residents and their schedules as it impacts their schedules at Evergreen. The attendant is expected to follow the instructions issued by the Evergreen Manager according to established policies and procedures.

Provide and maintain a clean and sanitary environment supporting Woodcrest in an effort to provide residents with a homelike quality of life.   The Housekeeper is responsible for the sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition of the facility. Provides routine daily cleaning of residential areas, office areas, or departments, following the 7-step cleaning procedures. When cleaning is completed, including toilets and/or other restroom areas, will arrange furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion. In addition, may perform some additional tasks such as changing cubicles or window drapes, and other project type work when assigned.
